Absolutely hate to have to list this, but I have a pre-War 1937 Gibson L-30 archtop for sale. It's all original--with the exception of the nut and missing guard--and one of the finest guitars I've had the pleasure of keeping and playing.
The finish checking on this black beauty is deep and crazed and I adore it. Because it's an archtop and has an adjustable bridge, the action on this can get as low as you can go before buzzing out, making for buttery play all the way down the neck.
The purple plush hardshell case is not original, but it is vintage--60's by my estimates.
She turned 89 years old this year and I'd wager sounds even better than the day she came off the line in Kalamazoo.
No trades, thank you.
