Very Rare 2003 Gibson Les Paul with Brazilian Rosewood fingerboard. Part of the early Brazilian rosewood guitars.
This one is more unique with a great serial number #9 3333 and a killer flamed top. The pickups have been replaced with Venham sweet 59’s as some of the best sounding ones on the market. The finish shows some natural aging. The owner is a collector but did have the neck shaved aka Jimmy Page style to make the guitar playable. The original had a baseball bat neck that was just awful to play.
Originally
1st fret 0.990" and 12th fret 1.084”
Now a more comfortable
1st fret 0.870” and 12th fret 0.964"
This also sweetened the tone of the guitar as a lot of the resonance comes from the neck. Included is the original case and strap and COA tag. Chance to own a piece of history that can be played and sounds good not just an art piece. Includes original pickguard.
