1977 Fender Vibrolux
Serial Number: A904891 , This Fender is in Excellent Condition, it was Owned Personally by Alice Stewart a Northwest Blues legend, National Recording Artist. We got this from the Family Estate. If you do not know her then look Her up. Such a Cool Amp.
CONDITION: The overall condition is Amazing, we have serviced it and it is just stellar sounding. No heavy marks or rips n the grill cloth or the Tolex at all. We listed it as Very Good but it is Excellent, We do not like to oversell items.There is a cover for it too.
Vibrolux History
The Vibrolux is the perfect Desert Island Amp, The Fender Vibrolux-Amp model was introduced in 1956 just after Fender's transition to narrow panel circuits and cosmetics. The Vibrolux is known for that classic Fender tweed break up and deep tremolo at a comfortable studio or home volume level.
Forum: The 35w Vibrolux Reverb (VR) is the smallest member of the blackface/silverface 6L6 Fender amp family. Its strength lies in the sweetness and early breakup caused by the smaller transformers than the Super Reverb, Vibroverb and Pro Reverb. The Vibrolux is quite similar to the Pro Reverb 2×12″ except for the smaller speakers, output transformer and power transformer. Hence, less clean headroom. 10″s provide a more scooped, responsive, punchy and sparkling sound than 12-inch speakers.
