1982 Made in Japan Alvarez D35 with three piece rosewood (likely Brazilian based on research, but no way to confirm). These guitars were copies of the D-35 and you can see the back is almost identical. The guitar sounds phenomenal and has recently been fully set up and checked out by Acoustic Music Works in Pittsburgh (a truly great shop with excellent luthiers). It has a trussed adjustment, which keeps things easy if you need to tweak the setup. The action is low and the guitar has really opened up. It's very light. I am selling it only because I ended up getting a Martin D-35. For being 44 years old this guitar is in really great condition. Has a few tiny dings and one minor scratch on the top which I've captured, but it has been well preserved. Truly a great guitar. You'd really have to spend twice or three times as much to get this good of a tone from an acoustic.
Comes with a hardshell case.
