Where to even start with this beast…the Murphy Lab knocked it out of the park on this one. I’m obviously biased, but it is the best Ultra Heavy relic I’ve seen on one of these 335’s. The natural finish has a deep tint to it and the wear is very authentic in all the right places. The ’59 neck shape already feels exceptionally comfortable and the relic on the back of the neck takes it to the next level. Very fast and smooth, it plays effortlessly. The Custombuckers are a tried and true set and they shine particularly well with the semi-hollow body - lots of detail and smooth tone in the top end and they take to overdrive nicely, especially in the lower registers.
This one is in fantastic condition with no breaks or repairs and it includes all original factory paperwork along with the Custom Shop case and Murphy Lab COA.
