Up for your consideration is a very cool clean, origina, great playing & sounding 1967 Kent 833 violin style bass, sn 18429. The bass is short scale, has a narrow neck very much in the Hofner style. Tone wise it has the woody deep thump aka Hofner and a cutting nasal rear pickup bite. The action is low and very easy to play. There is some dings but considering the overall condition and playability of it it’s really a non- issue. The front pickup was dead when I got it & was rewound by Tom Brantley. It does not come with a case. This is a very cool bass, for player, recording engineer or collector.
