This is a pair of Slingerland radio King single flange 12 inch hoops single flange means they using clips ( clips not included)
They appear to be nickel over brass as a magnet will not stick to them
They sit flat table top and a modern head fits inside of them
They came to me on a 12 inch 60s Slingerland Tom but I converted that to regular hoops. Slingerland was not making radio King toms in the 60s (as far as I know) so Probably at some point in this 's life, somebody installed them
