Made in Japan and built during Aria Pro II's golden era, this RSB Formula Bass is a straightforward, no-nonsense workhorse that delivers the punchy, articulate tone that helped put Japanese basses on the map in the 1980s.

Featuring a comfortable offset body, slim neck profile, rosewood fingerboard, and a PJ-style pickup configuration, this bass offers a wide range of usable tones—from deep, supportive lows to more aggressive, cutting sounds that sit perfectly in a mix. This bass has just been cleaned, restrung, and professionally set up and is playing great throughout the neck.

Cosmetically, the instrument shows honest age and use. The most notable issue is a series of finish cracks on the front of the body around the pickup area. These appear to be finish-related and do not affect playability or functionality. The bass performs exactly as it should and is ready for regular gigging or studio use. Additional cosmetic wear is present throughout consistent with a vintage Japanese instrument of this age.
