Early 1971 based on serial number Gibson Les Paul Deluxe Conversion (PAF Pickups) Vintage early 70s Dimarzio in the neck that screams and a lollar imperial in the Bridge that is incredible. Lots of play wear. This thing is a tank. At some point I believe it had a pickup route from the small deluxe pickups to fit the PAF sized pickups. This guitar plays like a late 50s Les Paul. The wood is super resonate. Great authentic checking and play wear. Feels like an old friend and really sings This is a serious vintage shred machine. Will post a video. Closest thing to an authentic late 50s Les Paul that I have come across. Lots of Mojo. Named “Jimbo” after Jim Morrison. Recently been professionally set up and ready to play and record. Amazing guitar. Has some nicks and dings but no structural damage. Back was refinished but not the neck. Has a 50s profile neck. Original frets. Knobs replaced to witch hat gold top knobs. Tuners replaced. Has original pickguard in case. Case has seen better days but still functional. The gibson logo on the case was blacked out with a marker but can still see it. Would like to emphasize that the neck on this guitar is fantastic and it is 1000% an incredible player. The wood really resonates and the guitar sings. I would put this guitar up against any murphy lab and even better than many actual 1950s Gibson Les Pauls I have played. Really amazing vintage instrument. Check out my other gear and my reviews.
