Paul Reed Smith custom 24 from 1988, with original T & B pickups, sweet switch, Brazilian rosewood fretboard and factory trem up route.
Edit: I’ve had a few people asking for photos of the pickup cavities, I’ve added one of the neck and bridge to the photos
Guitar is in good condition for a near 40 year old guitar. Has been played, shows various signs of wear including buckle rash on back (Not through finish) and various dings and nicks. I have tried to photograph some of the wear and will take more photos if needed.
Plays well with lots of life left on the frets, trem stays in tune. Pickups sound great. Straight neck.
I emailed PRS with the serial number and unfortunately they don’t have specific records from those years and couldn’t give me much information besides the basic specs. It’s my understanding the trem up route was a factory option back then and not a standard feature.
Case latches show signs of wear. Two outside latches need manual assistance when opening. They close fine but want to be as transparent as possible.
