This listing is for a 1965 Fender Mustang with a daphne blue finish and a 24" scale length. It is considered a transitional model, having been released shortly after the company's acquisition by CBS. The guitar is in very used, but good condition, especially considering its age. It still sounds awesome, the frets have little wear, and the neck plays and feels great, with the back of it being quite smooth. The finish is solid, while slightly fading into surf-green territory quite pleasantly. This Mustang has its share of character marks, but nothing distracting or harmful to playability. The pickups do seem to be the original gray bottom models. I'm not as sure about the pots, though. I tried to capture them and all the other parts the best I could in the pics. The guitar has been in my possession since the 90's, with no modifications having been done to it during this time. The guitar comes with a tremolo bar, a saddle-piece cover, and an after-market hardshell case.
