National Reso-Phonic El Trovador Resonator Guitar + Original Hard Case

For sale is my National Reso-Phonic El Trovador resonator guitar, complete with its original National hard case, paperwork and accessories.

The El Trovador is one of National’s most versatile and sought-after wood-bodied resonators, combining the warmth and richness of a traditional acoustic guitar with the unmistakable projection, sustain and character of a hand-built National resonator.

This example is in very good condition overall and presents beautifully. The mahogany body has a lovely satin finish and shows only light signs of careful use. The neck is comfortable and easy to play, while the guitar produces the powerful, articulate tone that has made the El Trovador a favourite among blues, folk, Americana and fingerstyle players.

The guitar has been well looked after and comes complete with:

• Original National hard shell case
• Original paperwork and documentation
• National polishing cloth
• Accessories shown in the photos

The El Trovador features National’s renowned single-cone biscuit bridge design, delivering exceptional volume, clarity and responsiveness. It works equally well for slide playing and standard fingerstyle guitar, making it an incredibly versatile instrument.

National Reso-Phonic instruments are handmade in California and are regarded as some of the finest resonator guitars available today. The El Trovador has become a modern classic thanks to its combination of vintage-inspired tone, outstanding craftsmanship and excellent playability.

Condition is very good overall with only minor cosmetic signs of use. Please study the photos carefully as they form part of the description.
