Up for sale is an original 1975 Fender Precision Bass 4-bolt body in a classic 3-tone Sunburst finish that was modified by a previous owner into a double P or P-P bass configuration. An additional cavity was created to accommodate the second P-bass pickup set, and remarkably, some of the original wood chips from that modification were actually kept and will be included with the sale.
This body shows honest vintage wear throughout, including scratches, dents, finish checking, and some worn-out spots. A localized professional clear coat overspray was applied specifically over some of the exposed wood areas. There are absolutely no cracks or structural issues with this piece.
