- Microswitches (20 pcs) conditioned w/Deoxit D100L solution.
- Gears (35 pcs) inspected for broken teeth & lubricated w/M-Kote EM-30L Polyolefin
- Mechanisms/moving parts are confirmed proper function & lubrication.
- Motors (5 pcs) confirmed proper function & lubrication.
- CD Lens cleaned w/Nortronics solvent.
Many of these machines are 15-20 years old now, they dry out and plastic parts fail from various conditions. These are very good machines, when cared for properly. The best examples are used for rework, then run-in is performed for many hours.
Have these units in Graphite Gray (Black) and Platinum White. Also repair the same equipment as service.
