Offering my *dead mint* Bourgeois Vintage D from the Professional Series. Handmade in Lexington, Maine. If there's a swirl mark, I can't find it. I'm the original owner, fell in love with it at first strum and it has lived in its case except for the few times the house wasn't full of kids and dogs and I could pull it out without worrying about it getting hurt. The reason I'm selling this guitar is because, in the band I'm in where I would play it, it would have to compete with a maple upright bass and a maple Gibson Jumbo and this guitar just doesn't have the power for that. It really wasn't designed for that. What it is is very sweet, lush is the word I would use. Resonant. Incredibly articulate and very, very easy to play well.
Briefly, this guitar features:
Solid Sitka Spruce top
Solid East Indian Rosewood back and sides
Solid Mahogany neck
Ebony bridge and fingerboard
Bone nut and saddle
Very thin satin nitrocellulose finish
It smells really good too
