The Enclosure & Custom Artwork

• Industrial Fiber Laser Etching: The intricate "Nova" artwork is permanently rastered directly into the enclosure using an industrial 50W fiber laser. By exposing the brilliant raw aluminum underneath, it creates a permanent, high-contrast, tactile finish that will never wear, chip, or fade.

The Circuit & Sound

Under the hood, this pedal is built on the brilliant AionFX "Straylight" architecture. It is a faithful recreation of the legendary 1960s Univox Uni-Vibe. We didn't cut corners with LEDs or Vactrols—this circuit utilizes a true miniature incandescent lamp and four optical LDRs housed in a custom reflective light box to capture that unmistakable, asymmetrical Leslie-speaker throb. It also features an internal charge pump doubler, taking your standard 9V power supply and ramping it up to 18V internally for massive headroom and pristine studio-grade fidelity.

The Controls & Modern Upgrades

• VOLUME: Controls the overall output level of the effect.
• INTENSITY: Adjusts the depth and throb of the optical modulation.
• SPEED A & SPEED B: Two independent LFO speed controls.
• SPEED Footswitch: Allows you to instantly seamlessly transition between your Speed A and Speed B settings. The pedal authentically "ramps" up and down between the two speeds, perfectly mimicking a mechanical rotating Leslie speaker.
• VIBRATO / CHORUS Toggle: Selects between true pitch-shifting Vibrato (100% wet) and the classic phase-shifted Uni-Vibe Chorus (wet/dry mix).
• CANCEL Toggle: A highly sought-after vintage feature. This toggle kills the LFO modulation but keeps your signal running through the discrete preamp stages, adding a beautiful, warm coloration to your clean tone.
