This J45 truly lived up to its reputation! When I received this work horse, well....it had been worked hard@ There were dehydrated cracks going completely through the top and had been spray painted with a black paint! After sanding down to the natural Sitka spruce top, it was then that I realized it's natural beauty! I could and would not cover this beautiful patina! A musician friend of mine naned this guitar....MERLE! I call it used and abused but death was refused!!! Out of the eight guitars I currently own and play, this is my number one ,go to for rich sound and unbelievable tone quality! Selling this one of a kind, dated and aged to perfection guitar is breaking my heart into!!!!! I will answer any more questions to the very best of my ability! Thank you and God's Speed!!!
