1966 Fender Super Reverb

Thank you for looking! This is an early 1966 Fender Super Reverb in very good condition. However, this amp is a “players” amp and not a museum piece, although it may look like one. There have been some modifications and updates throughout its life. The modifications done range from general maintenance/ up-keep to player preference. I have done my best to outline all of this below. Local pickup only as I would worry about shipping…plus it’s just very expensive to ship. I will consider meeting within a 60 mile radius- give or take.

-Newer Tubes with plenty of life (Tung Sol)
-3 prong power cord, 6ft in length

-Two Alessandro Ceramic Speakers & Two Alessandro Alnico in an “x” pattern

-New Caps

-Master Volume added- no modificatikns to the chassis. The Master is ran through the external speaker jack. This is easily reversed if desired. Or you can bypass by turning the master all the way up and using the volume as normal.

-Original foot switch included

-Original amp cover (This has some wear and tear but completely functional and usable- see pics)

-Very clean throughout- no dust, in the cab.

-Original Reverb tank- exceptionally clean

-Mercury Magnetics power transformer (Original power transformer will be included, but I have never used it)

-Original Output Transformer

-No tears or rips on the grill cloth

-Very minor wear/tear on the original tolex

-Both channels function as they should

-No dents or dings on original chasis
