For Sale: Bergantino Forte D Bass Amp

This amp is in excellent condition. I purchased it new last year. The amp has one tiny mark on the bottom (pictured). Other than that this amp in Mint.

Gigged with less than 5 times. It has only been kept in my smoke-free, pet-free home studio. This amp has only been handled with care.

It will come with a like-new Bergantino carry bag made for the Forte amp ($80 value) and will ship in the original box with manual and power cable.

We’ve taken our very popular BFT circuit and modified it for even more warmth and clarity so that your driven tones sound even more  natural and round, similar to the way a tube amp starts to grind when pushed. One of the best assets of the BFT II is your foundational tone is never sacrificed. The BFT II can go from edge-of-breakup/mild overdrive to a massively distorted tube amp with the controls dimed and everything in between. Forté D features a traditional 4-Band EQ with frequencies that have been chosen to compliment the majority of bass styles.

Bass: +/- 10dB @ 65Hz
Lo-Mid: +/- 10dB @ 250Hz
Hi-Mid: +/- 10dB @ 1kHz
Treble: +/- 10dB @ 3.5kHz

The Bright Switch also allows you to tailor the tone even more, enabling additional presence to your sound (+6dB @ 6.5kHz).

Many brands sadly often rate their amps without real-world, verifiable figures. Forté D features a custom tuned, yet powerful amplifier module and will provide up to genuine 800W RMS power depending on the speaker load. At 8Ω (for example: a single small cab) Forté D will provide 350W RMS, @ 4Ω this is increased to 700W RMS, while at a 2 or 2.67 Ω load the power output goes to 800W RMS.

Speaker impedance of the connected cabinets can also be matched from the front panel, this permits for optimal power transfer and allows the Forté D to function safely right down to a 2-ohm minimum load.
