Up for sale is a stunning, late-1980s Peavey Foundation S 4-string electric bass in a brilliant gloss black finish with matching black hardware. Proudly manufactured in Meridian, Mississippi, USA, these vintage Peavey basses are legendary for their incredible build quality, rock-solid reliability, and razor-thin, ultra-fast necks.
The "S" version is a highly desirable model featuring a high-output P/J humbucking pickup configuration. With independent volume controls for each pickup and a master tone knob, you can dial in everything from deep, thunderous vintage thud to aggressive, punchy modern growl.
This bass is in excellent condition with just one nick as shown in the pictures. Otherwise, it is in completely perfect condition. The neck is straight, the rosewood fretboard is clean and conditioned, and the frets show barely any wear. All electronics are 100% original, quiet, and fully functional.
