For your consideration is this 2007 Gibson Custom Shop ’58 Les Paul Standard Reissue finished in a beautiful Darkburst.
This R8 has everything you want from a great Les Paul: a big, comfortable ’58-style neck, huge tone, and that unmistakable Custom Shop feel. The guitar sounds absolutely killer, with plenty of warmth, sustain, and bite on tap. Whether you’re chasing classic blues, rock, or thick vintage-inspired Les Paul tones, this one delivers.
The guitar is in Very Good condition with typical play wear throughout. Nothing out of the ordinary for a well-loved instrument, and it presents very nicely overall. The frets are in excellent shape with no fret wear, and the guitar plays great up and down the neck.
The Darkburst finish looks fantastic and really gives this guitar that vintage late-’50s vibe. Big neck, big tone, and a killer look to match.

I specialize in selling pre-owned guitars, which typically show signs of regular use. My commitment to quality is unwavering, and I ensure that any guitar I offer for sale is free from problems, unless explicitly mentioned. With a history of selling guitars dating back to the 1980s, I pride myself on selecting only the finest instruments.
It's important to understand that our shipping fees encompass more than just the cost of the box. I guarantee professional packaging using UPS-approved materials to safeguard your purchase. This typically includes new, heavy-duty boxes rated at 275lbs, 3-inch wide brown fiberglass reinforced tape, ensuring the guitar is well-protected. Additionally, every guitar shipped is fully insured for its sale price.
The guitars are set up according to my personal preferences (Medium Height), and I strictly avoid guitars with neck issues. However, guitar setup is highly subjective, and it is advisable to have it adjusted by a trusted local technician who understands your specific playstyle and preferences.
