Here’s your chance to have a taste of that Dumble lore, without mortgaging your house! This Humble Overdrive Solo is from a boutique builder in California who has created an incredible clone of one of Keith Urban’s amps that was based from John Mayer’s Dumble.
It’s a 50 watt loaded with:
Mercury Mags transformer.
EVM12L Gold Label 300 watt speaker.
NOS RCA 7581a power tubes.
Vintage Amperex, Mullard / Telefunken preamp tubes. (One of each).
All hand wired. Boutique.
I spoke to the builder, Eric and this is a 1 of 1 amp.
It just got back from a $290 service at Spalding’s in Champaign It’s ready to go.
Please note: It is smoke and stink free, but has a crack in the leather of the handle and a small hole in the grille cloth.
