Sansui AU-519 Vintage integrated amplifier in Very Good condition

Up for sale is a classic, late 1970s Sansui AU-519 integrated amplifier. Utilizing Sansui’s legendary Diamond Differential DC circuitry, this sleek matte black powerhouse is famous for its ultra-fast transient response, exceptionally low distortion, and transparent, punchy sound. It is the perfect visual and sonic match for the TU-519 tuner.

Condition:

• Functional: Very Good. Fully tested and operational across all inputs and speaker outputs. Relays engage cleanly, and both channels push strong, balanced power.
• Cosmetic: Very Good. The matte black faceplate is clean with sharp, unblemished lettering. The chassis has a good deal of handling wear including a dent on the top panel as shown in photos.
• Controls: Pots and switches have been cleaned and operate smoothly without scratchiness or noise.

• Power Output: 70 watts per channel into 8 ohms.
• Circuitry: Pure DC design for clean, tight bass response and open highs.
• Inputs: Phono (excellent MM stage), Aux, Tuner, and two Tape loops.
