🌟 THE LUTHIER & HISTORIC PEDIGREE
For the serious jazz player, session musician, or collector, this is an extraordinary opportunity to own a piece of elite American guitar history. Hand-signed and dated internally in 1975 by master luthier Carl Barney, this stunning 17" acoustic-electric archtop comes from his highly coveted early solo-building period (having only begun his legendary archtop line in 1972).
Carl Barney’s hand-carved instruments are famous for their unmatched acoustic balance, projection, and mature wood profiling. Barney custom-built instruments for legendary jazz icons like Sal Salvador and Bucky Pizzarelli. This specimen represents his finest mid-70s boutique output.
