This is in about as good condition as it gets for a 60+ year old instrument. It has been extremely well taken care off and has only a few minor scuff marks and a few pick marks at the bottom of the sound hole. No cracks or splits. Low action, not in need of a neck reset. Very playable and great tone. It has a new set of Martin M130 Silk and Steel strings. New case from the Original Case Company that fits perfectly. Original tuners in great condition. Great for folk style or fingerstyle playing. No issues that need adjustment or repair. Play easy, sounds great, a nice example of these unique instruments from Martin guitars.
