Up for your consideration is a restored and recapped Pioneer SX-780 Stereo Receiver. Receiver has had all the capacitors replaced, other than the main filter capacitors, which tested within spec. Darlington power packs have also been replaced, along with the all transistors. Unit has had the warm white LED bulbs installed. Unit is in great condition, faceplate is nearly perfect, has some slight scratching on the top where the faceplate meets the vinyl case. One tiny ding to the right of the power switch, bear where the case meets the faceplate. Some bubbles are present on the top case from the hotter burning bulbs that were previously installed. Left side of the bottom has some peeling, as seen in the photos. Unit sounds fantastic, highs are clear and crisp, and low end is nice and tight. Every function and output is in perfect working order. All pots and switches have had deoxit applied as well. Tuner is everso slightly off, but functions flawlessly. Unit is easily ready to use for another 25 years! Direct signature will be required upon delivery.
