For a 2005 this guitar is in very good condition. It has a slight dirty spot on top below the pick guard, that's it. Otherwise, the action and sound are typical of Martin quality. The case is an authentic Martin Dreadnought Hardshell case purchased in 2013($300. Value today). Made in USA.
