This is a Vandoren AL3 Optimum alto sax mouthpiece. I’m the original owner and the sale includes the mouthpiece and the original box.
The mouthpiece is great and has a good sound and response. Unfortunately, I haven’t used it for a long while and it should go to a more appreciative home.
