Up for sale is a 2007 Fender VG Stratocaster made in the USA in a beautiful 3-tone sunburst finish with maple fretboard. This is the rare VG model featuring built-in Roland/Fender COSM modeling technology, allowing for alternate tunings, acoustic-style tones, and multiple pickup voicings directly from the guitar.

This Stratocaster can be a Tele, a Les Paul, a 12-string, an acoustic guitar, and more. If that wasn’t enough, you can also instantly switch tunings from Standard to Drop D, Open G, Open D, and Baritone using the discreet onboard controls built into the pickguard. A true working musician’s instrument that can cover an incredible amount of ground without ever changing guitars.

The guitar is in very good overall condition and plays great. The VG electronics function properly including the modeling features and alternate tunings. The neck feels excellent and the frets have plenty of life left.

Cosmetically, there are light signs of normal use throughout and one more noticeable ding on the back of the guitar, which is pictured and circled in red in the photos. Overall, it presents very clean for its age.
