Up for sale is a fully restored, vintage Sharp CD-C606 mini component system. This classic 90s/00s setup packs a serious punch with excellent sound quality, a 3-disc carousel changer, and dual cassette decks.

Unlike most vintage electronics found online, this unit has been meticulously gone over, cleaned, and repaired by a professional, IPC-certified technician. It is 100% functional, structurally sound, and ready to plug-and-play in your home, office, or garage.

Condition & Tech Notes (Refurbished by IPC Tech)

As an IPC technician, I hold this gear to a high standard. This unit received a full bench overhaul to ensure longevity:

• CD Player: Laser lens has been professionally cleaned and the tray mechanism lubricated. Reads factory and burned discs (CD-R/RW) quickly and smoothly.
• Cassette Decks: Tape heads, capstans, and pinch rollers have been cleaned and demagnetized. Belts inspected/replaced where necessary to ensure correct playback speed and zero wow/flutter.
• Internal Electronics: Inspected for cold solder joints (reflowed where needed to IPC standards). Potentiometers and switches treated with DeoxIT to eliminate any scratchy audio or intermittent connections.
• Exterior: Deep cleaned inside and out. Showing only minor, typical cosmetic wear from age (see photos), but overall in fantastic aesthetic shape.
