As much early Elkhart as it can be!
This is a very nice Bach 37 from 1965. I find the entire trumpet to be very resonant and for me it plays very evenly in all registers and in all dynamics.
The sound is more teutonic compared to newer Bach 37:s I've had, maybe because the bell is slightly bigger.
There are no dents, but maybe one or two dings, even though I'd rather call it some "unevenness" in the brass than true dings. The valves are tight and work great. The valve stems are not original, but new aluminium Bach valve stems.
No case, no mouthpiece, just a quality trumpet in a very good condition. It has been ultra-sonically cleaned and is ready for a new owner.
Bore: 11,65 mm.
Bell size: 12,4 cm.
Weight: 1089 g.
No lacquer - raw brass (95%).
