Tama Vintage made in Japan Rockstar 22 x 16 bass drum very clean

Vintage Tama Rockstar 22 round by 16 in deep bass drum.

This is one of the relatively few Rockstar serious drums that was made in Japan as most of these drums were manufactured in Taiwan or China. Japan made from so regarded as higher quality and higher value.

The drum is finished in brushed chrome and is in very good condition. No added holes in the shell. Tight wrap seam no lifting. Original Tama hoops in excellent condition.  All chrome hardware is in very clean condition no rust or pitting. There is an area at top of drum where the wrap finish is slightly bubbling absolutely no issues with the shell itself just cosmetic. The rest of the drum shell is very clean on the exterior and the interior is in excellent condition with clean bearing edges. One of the drums legs and feet is not original but works just fine as is with easy adjustment for height.

Original heads front and back both in excellent condition.

The drum delivers exceptional low-end punch with excellent volume range.
