This a beautiful double cutaway 8 string bass that I call "The Claw". I just located the paperwork on this and it says it was homemade. I had originally thought China, but now I kinda doubt it... Wherever it was made it was made very well! Great sounding active EMG pickups, great action, and sweet sounding... The bass sounds great and plays great but the wiring could probably use a little attention as the large double pot doesn't seem to do anything and the 2 smaller pots are for tone and volume...
