This Tele started life as a MIM Fender Tele but I ordered an Unfinished body and commissioned Richard Lloyd to paint the body. I think it’s a rosewood body but don’t hold me to it, it’s been a while. It weighs nine pounds so rosewood seems right.
When he painted the Guitar I had a clear coat applied and then had a luthier transfer the neck and hardware from the the MIM tele body to the body that Richard Lloyd painted a signed In 2018.
My wife and I are downsizing and I’m going to be selling a portion of my guitar collection including other guitars that I’ve commissioned from other great players/artists.
