Up for sale is a Kent Chasson Parlor Serial Number 70 (Signature Dread). Serial number 70 and completed in 2011 for Bob Kidd. Has a silky Sitka Spruce Top, Honduras Mahogany Back and Sides with lovely figuring, Khaya Neck, Cocobolo Fretboard, Braz Rosewood Bridge, Leopardwood Binding, and 25.4” scale length. Guitar has a cantilevered neck similar to what McPhearson does with their guitars. The neck angle can be adjusted with a turn of an included Allen wrench similar to what Taylor is now doing with their necks. Bracing incorporates carbon fiber which makes it light and strong. Super unique build with details and meticulous construction that you can’t find with mass produced instruments.
Guitar is in excellent condition with only a minor mark on the back noted in the photos. Otherwise, this guitar is super clean for its age. Selling because I don’t play this guitar enough but I’m also happy to keep it in my collection as beautiful as it is. Priced accordingly. Happy to answer questions or consider offers, but please don’t insult the quality and beauty of this hand built masterpiece with a lowball offer.
Includes ameritage hardshell case, paperwork, wrenches, bridge pins, etc. As Included in the photos.
