Up for sale is my 2010 Mike Dirnt MIM Fender Precision Bass. You can see that I have made some significant customizations. I will be selling a few bass here on Reverb because I have some recent hand issues that keep me from playing bass anymore.
Let's go over what is original:
- Body
- Bridge
- Pickup & electronics
- Tuning machines
- String tree
- Strap Buttons
I have upgraded/changed the following:
- Neck (Warmoth roasted maple w/ maple fingerboard
- pickguard cream pearloid
I no longer have the original neck or pickguard, so they will NOT be included.
The bass plays and sounds amazing with super low action and it is extremely resonant. The primary flaw (as shown in the picture) is a chip on the top back edge of the headstock. For those of you that stand close to cymbals, this is common!
Instrument will ship in a Fender bass gig bag.
