This 1950 Gibson Super 400 is a rare and storied archtop with a spruce top over maple back and sides, wearing its age with character. It's been refretted and carries a DeArmond pickup system and original brown case. Some extra screw holes and a minor back seam separation tell the story of its decades on the road, but the bones — Brazilian rosewood board, original bridge — are all there.
