Country guitarist Joe Maphis was known as "The King of the Strings" for his virtuosity on multiple instruments, but he was most notably associated with Mosrite and the multiple signature models created for him. This '66 model features a Walnut body with Spruce top matched with a maple bolt-on neck and Brazilian Rosewood fretboard. The guitar has seen some wear over its six decades, but it's still in good condition, and ready for more. A recent refret has it in great playing condition and other than a replacement Low E tuner, it remains original! Includes vintage gator skin style hard shell case.
