Yamaha O1V late 90's - silver (for parts, non-functioning)

I've had the mixer in my studio for nearly 10 years and all channels worked and I never had any issues with it until one day, it's just stopped working. It wasn't dropped or abused, it just quit. It still powers up and as you click through the various functions, the motorized faders all work fine. The screen lights up during power-up but goes blank, and as can see in the pictures, the meters show a signal when there isn't one.
