Rare early-era Fuzz Factory. Dated 23rd September 2004. Serial Number S126 Hand-painted signed/dated by artist Jason Myrold . Zachary Vex signed backplate. Original Box and paperwork. Power Plate which I ordered separately is also included. (This allows you to run it with an adaptor or 9v battery) There are 2 small chips on paintwork and a couple of light scuffs. The circuit is untouched, all original components. Tested and is working AOK. Kept in smoke-free home and has barely been gigged - it's mostly been used in studio work.
