The Tascam DP-24SD is a 24-track digital Portastudio that records up to 8 tracks simultaneously to SD/SDHC cards (up to 32GB) at 44.1 or 48 kHz / 16 or 24-bit resolution.  It features 8 XLR-1/4" combo inputs with phantom power, a high-impedance input on Input H for direct guitar recording, and a 3.5" color LCD for intuitive control.  The unit includes onboard effects like reverb, delay, amp simulation, and mastering tools (multi-band compressor, EQ, normalize). It offers 19 faders, 3-band EQ on all inputs and tracks, virtual tracks for alternate takes, and USB 2.0 for file transfer. Powered by an included AC adapter, it's a standalone, all-in-one solution for recording, mixing, and mastering.
