Greco GOB-900 Bass Made in Japan Natural Ash Neck-Through Bass

Very cool vintage Greco GOB-900 bass from Japan featuring an absolutely gorgeous natural ash body with neck-through construction and cream pickup covers that perfectly complete the classic late ‘70s / early ‘80s Japanese aesthetic.

This bass has that unmistakable high-end vintage MIJ feel the moment you pick it up. The neck-through design gives it excellent sustain and resonance, while the dual pickup configuration delivers a huge range of tones from warm and rounded to aggressive and punchy.

Just cleaned, restrung and professionally set up here at Japanese Guitar Company. Currently playing great with low action and a really comfortable feel up and down the neck.

Cosmetically, this bass has some visible cracking on the top around the electronics area and output jack, likely from an impact at some point in its life. We want to be fully transparent about that. The good news is everything feels structurally solid and stable, and the bass functions exactly as it should. It presents extremely well overall and still has fantastic visual appeal, especially with the beautifully figured ash grain throughout the body and neck.
