Small scratch on the faceplate (shown). Ctrl Knob 1 works, but if turned all the way left it would begin to malfunction (you can still get the full range of values, but once the knob goes all the way to the left that's when it starts malfunctioning). Would fix but don't have the time. Other than that it is fully working.
