The Boss EH-2 Enhancer is a dynamic equalizer and high-frequency "expander" produced from 1990 to 1998. It essentially acts like an envelope-driven boost for high harmonics, adding striking clarity and gloss to your tone.

How the Controls Work

Mix: Controls whether the boosted frequencies are mixed in a normal (positive) phase or inverted (negative) phase. At 12:00, the effect is completely inactive.

Frequency: Sweeps through the frequency spectrum to select which specific high-end frequency range you want to enhance.

Sensitivity: Adjusts how the pedal reacts to your playing dynamics. At higher settings, the effect triggers on almost all notes; at lower settings, it only triggers when you dig into your strings hard.

Always-On Tone Sweetener:

Placed at the end of a chain or in an amplifier's effects loop, it can restore high-end sparkle lost through long cables or buffered pedals.

Touch-Sensitive Dynamics:

Because it reacts to how hard you pick, it adds punch and definition to clean guitar or bass notes without muddying the low end.

Has some surface scratches shown in the picture and the back rubber as well as silver label removed. Otherwise in excellent condition. Plays and operates like New as it should. Pedal only, No Box, No Returns.
