Judging by the badge, this drum is more than likely from the mid-late 70s (1976-1978) and is in overall good condition for its age!
As mentioned, the lugs and brackets are brand new and were only just recently put on the drum shell. The shell itself has its fair share of visual imperfections, but there are no notable cracks or major blemishes to note outside of the muffler being quite rusted, and various scuffs around the shell, hoops, and badge.
