Here is a fine example of a Late 1970's Aria Pro II PE190 Robert Conti model
This is one of the better made Japanese Archtop Guitars!
The Aria Pro II PE-190 is the definitive Robert Conti signature archtop produced at the famed Matsumoku factory in Japan between approximately 1977 and 1981. It is widely considered a "luxury" clone of the Gibson L-5, specifically designed to meet Conti's performance requirements for a single-pickup jazz guitar.
This guitar has amazing tone and is in Good condition for its age.
- Body: A 17-inch wide full archtop with a pressed spruce top and a laminate maple body.
- Neck: A 5-piece longitudinal laminate maple/mahogany neck with an ebony fingerboard and genuine pearl block inlay.
- Scale & Nut: It typically features a standard 25.5-inch scale length and a nut width of approximately 1 11/16 inches (1.71").
- Hybrid Aesthetics: It is often described as having the body dimensions of a Gibson L-5CES but the larger, more ornate headstock of a Gibson Super 400
- The Seymour Duncan Jazz pickup and the Pickguard along with the Volume & Tone controls were professionally installed
NOTE: As far as I am able to tell, this guitar did Not come with a Pickup, (floating or otherwise). The guitar came fully acoustic!
NOTE: This guitar comes with the Hard Case as show in the pictures.
I ship via FedEx Ground and I have FedEx pack the guitar!
NOTE: This guitar is being sold AS IS !!
