Oktava MKE-2; Soviet Pencil Microphone

When creating Oktava MKE-2, Oktava was guided by the legendary AKG C451, but it’s warmer sounding with less brittle top end. 
Mic has full bodied sound and uses a transformer output. MKE-2 has proved itself as a perfect mic for recording drums, especially as an overhead or hi-hat. Very good for capturing acoustic guitar or other string instruments too. 
Comes with full original extras - box, table stand and original holder. Energy supply - standard AA battery 1.5V. (not included)
