Offered here is an increasingly scarce and highly collectible Rickenbacker 4004Cii Cheyenne II finished in the legendary Blueburst (BBR), one of the most desirable modern-era Rickenbacker finishes ever produced.

Originally introduced as a limited Color of the Year finish, Blueburst 4004 basses were produced in extremely small numbers and are seldom seen on the open market today. Finding an original, unmodified example with the correct serialized jackplate, gold hardware, and clean cosmetics has become exceptionally difficult.

This instrument bears original serialized jackplate #08 15574 confirming 2008 production and authenticity.

The 4004 series itself has developed near cult status among serious Rickenbacker collectors and players due to:
