Outside of sequencer use it can also do the following.
8 Channel Midi to CV Convertor
4 Channel CV & G recorder and CV & G to Midi Convertor
8 Channels of CV effects, each channel with 8 CV effects slots including multiple syncable LFO's
In effects mode the gate outputs can also be used as gate out puts for XOX style drum / perc programming.
TBH For the price I'm listing this at I would probably keep it for all of the above functionality if I hadn't run out of case space.
