This USA-made 2019 Gibson Firebird V offers all the defining characteristics of the model designed by Ray Dietrich, along with a range of modern design features for comfortable handling and authentic Firebird tones. The sound—typically Gibson—transmits superbly through the 9-piece mahogany/walnut neck in neck-through construction with incredibly long sustain, and thanks to the slim Slim Taper neck profile, nearly every playing technique comes off with ease.

The guitar literally sings even when played acoustically, and once it’s plugged into an amp, it takes a moment to recover from the sheer onslaught of Firebird tones.
